Max Sibomana needs 100USD for transport to and from Cancer Institute of Mulago Hospital for further skin cancer treatment

As I have been updating you about the healing progress of Max Sibomana a person with albinism that we have immensely supported when he got a hip fracture.

 Remember his hip fracture disrupted the further radiotherapy treatment of the Skin cancer which he had started. 

Everyday I speak with Max via telephone, after greeting me he states a phrase expressing his gratitude for your support.  Yesterday, he told me something that has remained my heart till this morning.  He said and I quote, “You and your friends have not given up on me, many others of my friends left me when I needed them most. So I want to thank you and your friends so much for your generous support”.

 Budget Plan:

You have already paid for his treatment, that is really good news. However, Max needs a donation of  $100 USD to for transport fares. The transport fares are described as as follows; Boda boda from Maxi’s home to the bus station in Kisoro, Coach from Kisoro to Kampala about 510 Kilometers, Car hire Tax from the Tax Park in Kampala to Mulago Hospital/Cancer Institute.

 SCOSP will cover the cost of meals and communication. The SCOSP liaison officer based in Kampala will receive Max and proceed to provide the needed care for Max at the Hospital.
